Known as probably the best engineered of all Bentley's , the last owner was a real enthusiast, who enjoyed and treasured this car for the last 30 years, and has maintained it to exceptional standards . He is also a member of the Bentley Drivers Club.We're confident you won't find a better example for sale.

The car has only had 3 owners since it was built in 1952 .It has covered a genuine and recorded 107,000 miles and has all is old MOTS .

The car is a “standard steel” 4.5 litre, big bore straight six Bentley, 4 speed manual with matching numbers. (the original MKVIs were 4.25 litres). It is finished in Shell over Tudor Grey metallic.

The car was completely bare metal repainted 2000 with a photographic record of the work done . At the same time all the woodwork was re varnished and the bright-work re chromed, the car presents itself it exceptional condition today, a real testament to the coachbuilders who worked on the car. A year ago rear spats were repainted in order to uphold its exceptional condition.

Interior is very original,and in first class order throughout. The blue/grey leather enjoys some gentle patina. The wood is perfect throughout ,including the rear picnic tables and the sunroof works with ease . The front seats appear to have been rennovated at some stage, the headlining and the carpets are original.

Mechanically the car has always been regularly maintained.In the last few years all the brake shoe linings were replaced (a skilled job) along with the master cylinder and a new water pump. All new wheel bearings were fitted,as well as 5 new tyres.

The car comes with all paperwork enclosed in a leather bound Bentley Drivers Club folder and a workshop manual. There is a full set of tools and the driver’s instruction manual as well.

Needless to say, she drives beautifully, and will do over the ton still..
