This car initially told a familiar story of someone who bought what they thought was an attractive car, from the USA,without seeing it first.. You'll know the rest... Yes it was a rust bucket when it turned up..

His loss is your gain, as i'm told the car ended owing him in the region of £80,000, once restored.

This car was entrusted to John Castleman to carry out a total ground up,restoration. If you've not heard of John, he is a respected restorer of American cars,who produces much admired results.

We have a comprehensive photographic record,from start to finish, so you can appreciate the amount of work that has gone into this car,to get it to the standard that its in today.
When you see the car, you'll appreciate the quality of his workmanship....its always the little details that count.Every part was either restored or replaced.
Needless to say the underneath is as clean as the top of the car . The underside has been painted and also waxoiled for protection on UK roads.
She would indeed grace any show field and could easily pick up a few prizes, if thats what your into .

The car has been restored to be largely correct and as original as it left the factory. The only obvious upgrades are the wheels & tyres,4 wheel power assisted disc brakes and a modern radio unit,although we still have the original.
