Walls Ice Cream Van

I know,What have they brought now!.
When I told Mick about this Austin Mini Ice cream van that I had got wind about, he was on it, and for the next few weeks he was hell bent on getting this little truck.

It’s a 1967 Austin Mini 1000 Estate that has had the Ice cream conversion and all decked out in the Walls colours and Logos.
The Mini is a 1000cc that drives really well with the speedo reading 61,400 which we beleive to be correct, Engine and gearbox are all working perfectly. steering no problem. The bodywork of the car is very good juts a couple of tiny marks that do not deflect from the overall appearance of this unusual Mini. Registered 13/12/1967 Tax Exempt. The car was part of a large collection of TV, Movie and Novelty memorabillia that has now been sold off.
The Conversion. This is what is called (we are told) a cat conversion as it looks like a cat (no Rocket science there then) two windows at the front with little ears with the large serving hatch windows on the side. Then it has had a small compressor fitted to keep the double fridge cold and a sink to keep the sellers hands clean, all of this is in very good condition. The whole thing is in Walls Ice Cream colours pale blue and yellow then adorned with Walls Ice cream graphics. Lots of us will remember these as a kid around our estates.
