Description

The Series generation of Land Rover trucks are perhaps the most iconic and beloved Land Rovers of all time. The third generation or 'Series 3' are often praised as the best in terms of capability and usability. A rather nice honest working presentation of the breed it this 1971 88 inch wheelbase truck makes a great case for that.

Cosmetically the truck is a real eye catcher, finished in a classic dark green - understood to be Bronze Green - it presents quite nicely overall, with gentle signs of use and age related marking, though it does seem a quite well preserved example bodywork wise compared to a great deal of its counterparts on the market. The truck comes with a canvas roof which can be removed along with the top section of the front doors for a full open top experience.

Mechanically the Land Rover appears to be in good order. We have taken it for a short test drive around our farm and it performed well; starting, running, driving and stopping.
