Description

The MG A is arguably one of the best sports cars of its era and offered to market here is an exciting opportunity to acquire a rare MK2 1600 in coupe form as a fun potential winter project. This looks to be the basis of a lovely car with some seriously good potential at the hands of a motivated enthusiast or collector.

Cosmetically the car is going to need a little love. As the photos show there are blemishes and flawing to the body that would benefit from attention though it does appear to be a fundamentally solid little thing. The interior looks to be in a similar form.

At present the engine has been removed from the car. The previous keeper informs us the engine was removed some time ago and rebuilt but then never reinstalled. Along with this the car comes with a selection of assorted spare parts as highlighted in the accompanying photos.
