My father has owned this stunning Transit Custom since 2022 having purchased it as a very low mileage van. He searched a long time to find one that was in such amazing condition, and it had to be Orange Glow. Having found this fine example, he proceeded to create his own version of the ‘Nugget’. All aspects of the build are fully documented and show that it has been done using the highest quality components and fittings. Fitting of the rock-n-roll bed must be carried out by an accredited person, of which my father is, and he opted for the ISOFIX version as he and Mum takes the grandchildren away on trips. The cabinets and kitchen equipment have been professionally installed and there is a gas check certificate. All electrical and gas systems are installed to correct safety standards.

Since completing the build, he has embarked on a handful of trips and the van has been faultless. All equipment has been used minimally has he tended to cook outside the van and use the campsite washing up facilities. As such, everything inside is as new.

The van itself has covered 29,572 miles from new and all servicing is fully up to date including the timing belt (wet belt) which was changed in June 2024 at 28,837 miles using genuine Ford parts and fitted by a Ford Technician. The most recent servcie was in August 2026. We have the invoices and service book entry to support this work. Every aspect of the van performs impeccably and cosmetically it is in stunning condition, as you would expect for such low mileage. A huge file holds endless receipts for works carried out and equipment purchased. All handbooks and instructions are also kept.

A bespoke build professionally undertaken at a price far less than the production Nugget.
