The original 'personal luxury car' the Ford Thunderbird is arguably one of the marque's finest models and an undoubtedly cool slice of vintage americana. What we have here is a 1963 Thunderbird ideal for someone looking to get stuck into a fun summer project, with the end result being a thoroughly stand out vehicle. Currently a non runner it needs a motivated individual with some knowhow to bring it back to its former glory.

Cosmetically the car seems fundamentally OK and, finished in a period maroon and cream two tone colour scheme. There are a few areas of blemishing to be seen however we feel it remains a striking car as is and one that could be used in its current aesthetic form comfortably.

The car is being sold as a non runner needing a mechanical recommissioning due to a suspected head gasket fault. Prior to this the car was in regular use as a daily driver - so with a bit of elbow grease we hope it can be returned to running driving condition once again!
