A true icon of the motoring world, with a bit of a twist. This 1988 Mini Mayfair isn't your typical classic city car. This particular car has been treated to a full open top conversion to make a thoroughly standout little car. With an accompanying soft top roof, it really does seem to hold some great potential for someone looking for a fun, rather unique summer car.

It's definitely a striking thing cosmetically, finished in a period red hue. The bodywork itself is OK, though a little tatty with blemishes and general signs of wear and tear commensurate with long term storage. The same can be said of the interior and soft top vinyl roof, which is functional, though on the tattier side in places.

The Mini has been parked in longer term storage but in its time with us we have now got it running comfortably. It turns over well and idles nicely, however we have not driven it as there is an un diagnosed clutch issue preventing us from engaging gears.
