A true icon of the motoring world, with a bit of a twist. This 1970 VW Beetle isn't your ordinary 1500 bug. This particular car has been treated to a full open top conversion to make a thoroughly standout little car. Running and driving and with an accompanying soft top roof, it could make a great little summer car as is or lends itself to being used and improved to your hearts content.

It's definitely a striking thing cosmetically, finished in a period orange hue. The bodywork itself is OK, though a little tatty with blemishes and general signs of wear and tear commensurate with the previous owner having used the car as a daily driver. There is an accompanying soft top vinyl roof for fair weather which is functional though a little rudimentary and on the tatty side.

Mechanically the little bug seems well. We have taken it for a short test drive around our farm and it performed without issue; starting, running, driving and stopping.
