Boasting a charming, honest well earned patina alongside both a canvas back and agricultural metal canopy , this 1972 88" Series 3 pickup is a special little thing. Lending itself well to use as an ideal vintage workhorse, rough and ready daily driver or preserved show piece.

Its a striking and undoubtedly charming thing to look at, finished in the classic light blue colour scheme. As arguably all classic Land Rovers should, this one bears various bumps, blemishes and a general well earned patina throughout, giving it immense character. The cabin is in much the same order and bears three abreast seating.

Mechanically the Land Rover seems well. We have taken it for a short test drive around our farm and it performed nicely; starting, running and driving, though it should be noted that the brakes would benefit from adjustment or a refresh as they feel on the weaker side.
