For sale Austin A60 SunTor camper van a rare and original vehicle that retains its original interior with its Dunlopillo fabric seating carpets and door cards. The vehicle was supplied new in June 1972 by Torcars of torrington in Mallard green and white top. It can be used as a camper van, day van, touring holidays and classic car shows. Serviced correctly and regularly, the last one in 2024 using full service schedule. It has its original passport to service and glove box hand books, it also has the half ton van handbook and rare leyland workshop manual. Magazine articles and a list of all owners/ dates from new. A interesting history folder including many MOT certificates and invoices. The actual mileage could be in the region of 60, 000 as the mileometer was repaired in 2022. New tyres in 2023 just over 1000 miles ago. New battery in 2024. electronic ignition fitted. Believe all panels and mechanical components are original. Partial repaint about 10 years ago due to fading but still looking lovely and free from any significant issues with nothing to detract from an overall excellent condition. Under the car is very good with just a little welding in 2008. Lots of storage, gas bottle under wardrobe floor, two burner gas hob, and sink Electric hookup fitted but no lead. A inboard water tank is supplied but not fitted. With the pop top up you have 6ft 3" headroom inside. The SunTor is not concourse but is very original and shines and looks very well with no rust and good chrome. The car drives extremely well with its very smooth engine and gearbox. The vehicle is comfortable and versatile and full of character
