This UK car first was first registered on the 17/05/1991 and originally supplied by Volkswagen Kensworth, with only 2 previous owners to its name and a FULL-service history present, being nearly all VW Main dealer. Owned from a year old for a period of over 19 years by a dentist from 1992 to 2011 where it would have been purchased from VW as a demo, during that beloved period of ownership the car was maintained by VW with 7 main dealer stamps in the original booklet and furthermore VW main dealer invoices to follow.

It was then sold to a mature engineer in 2011 where it has been owned for the last 8 years in which time has been extremely well cared for ever since, keeping it dry stored and regularly serviced using VW parts and taken for the occasional run to keep everything in working order.

Having just undergone a full inspection & health check along with a full service and 4 brand new Toyo tyres at the well known & highly respected VW Specialists 'VRT' In Berkshire, and was described by the head technician there as the best MK2 he's ever driven. The overall condition of this car both inside and out is in truly fantastic and is a true time capsule car.
Originality has been maintained throughout its life and has seen no expense spared. The whole car and common areas are completely rust free with the body panels being true are straight, panel gaps are tight the sunroof operates as it should with no signs of rust, everything about this car is just as it left the factory.
Having just undergone a full stage 3 professional detail and paint protection, the paintwork is truly exceptional, there are no imperfections scratches or swirls anywhere. She sits proud and beautiful with newly refurbished & powder coated 15’ BBS RA’S in unmarked condition sitting nicely with brand new Toyo Proxes all round. The interior presents itself in as equally fine condition, opening the door you straight away realise the true tidiness and originality of it all. The seat bolsters are plump and firm, the headlining is taught and showing no signs of sagging. The dash is straight and rattle/squeak free. The pedals, steering wheel and gear selector all feel perfectly placed, just as intended. Gear selection is crisp and pleasurable it pulls through the gears eagerly and happily, the car drives perfectly straight with no vibrations or signs of age. The throttle is perfectly responsive and the pedals feel nicely weighted along with direct steering and a tight feel to the car through the corners.
With regards to its provenance and service history, she boasts a fully comprehensive service history present with a box file full of every invoice & majority of MOT’s from 91 to present date, along with the original service booklet and manuals and the 2 originally supplied keys with the original supplying dealer keyring it also still maintains it’s originally supplied ‘ VW Kensworth ‘ Reg plates which will come with the car.
