motodrome are pleased to offer this,1998/S Land Rover Defender 90 TD5 County Station Wagon 6 seater, finished in Alveston Red metallic with contrasting grey techno cloth trim.

This one is one of the very first Defender TD5’s produced, and is a genuine station wagon not a conversion from a van.

Still on it’s original chassis with number present and correct, so exportable.

fitted with: alloys with a matching set of 4 BF Goodrich all terrain tyres, full County interior trim including 7 seats, sunroof, sliding side windows and alpine lights, black chequerplate wingtops, rear step, swingaway spare wheel carrier, full length sidesteps, alarm/immobilser, and towpack

Inside, it has radio/CD player with USB port, centre cubby box, side demister vents and rear seat belts for the folding seats.

Odometer reading 123000 miles supported by a big sheaf of bills and old MOTs.

We supplied this one in 2018 to a local lady owner, who’s looked after it properly, done 15000 miles in it, and had any mechanical work carried out by our local Land Rover specialists. Work by them in her tenure includes new clutch and dual mass flywheel in 2020, and new rear quarter chassis inc spring mounts and crossmember in 2023.

Being a factory TD5 version, it nips along very quickly with good punch from the Turbodiesel motor

On test on arrival it performed without apparent fault. Just a nice, unmessed with example that hasn’t led a hard life.
