As you can no doubt see from the photos above, this beautiful 2002 fully loaded Land Rover Discovery ES V8 auto looks absolutely stunning in arguably the best colour combination this model came out in, mid metallic blue with the black electric/heated leather interior.

As you can also read from above, this is a very highly specification vehicle, with all the toys one would expect, desire and want.

I can see no worthwhile visible corrosion whatsoever on this car and she starts and drives beautifully, as one would expect from this wonderful V8 modelled example. From what I can see the underside appears as solid as the upper side, with a reassuring 10-year anti-corrosion coating to protect her from the elements of daily driving applied in 2019. Yes, I said “daily driving” as I really do believe this car could be a daily driver is so desired.

I`m not going to go into too much detail on this one as I`m totally confident anyone winning this gem of a Disco will be totally happy with their purchase as and when they come to collect as she really is a beauty. This said you are always free to come and view and examine for yourself as it`s your right to be pedantic.

So, in summary this is a beautiful and stunning 2002 Disco that has been very well looked after and treated by her previous owner(s). She starts, runs and drives as she looks - wonderful. She is an absolute beautiful car bar for a very few very minor/small imperfections. As a heads-up all I could find was some lacquer peel to the roof and the headlining being a little loose. Even the twin electric sunroofs worked. In fact, all the electrics `I tested` on my short test drive worked perfectly but please feel free to come and test the ones I didn`t.

I am very keen to sell hence I have set a very realistic and easily achievable reserve especially considering their increasing values and that similar condition vehicles are advertised for £10,000+…

As with all our cars, due to long term storage I would always strongly suggest a good going over/service/tune-up/recommissioning of all vulnerable and moving parts before returning them back to the open roads as they have not normally been used for some time and it would just be darn right silly not to on a modern car let alone a classic of a bygone era.
