The Vauxhall has the four speed automatic gear box & power steering and on the road is a real pleasure to drive and easily capable of coping with modern road conditions.

The last owner maintained the VX regardless of cost and recently the car has benefitted from a new vinyl roof, stainless steel exhaust, new timing belt, brakes overhaul etc. The top of the range specification includes unmarked luxury interior in superb condition and the body work is excellent with just the odd mark commensurate with a car that was resprayed many years ago – just how we like our cars to be.

The history file includes the stamped service book indicating that the car was originally sold by H D Steel & Son, Worthing during September 1978, old V5’s, MOT’s, invoices back to 1980, a hand written log of oil/fuel/parts purchased and a Practical Classics magazine article featuring the car
