This exceptional example was built by Lone Pine Garage who were established in 1940 and are a specialist paint refinisher. The shop is renowned for it's excellence and has painted winning cars for the Pebble Beach and Salon Prive Concours d'Elegance classic car shows.

This particular 911 started off life as a 1985 930 Targa, with the owner who commissioned the extensive and intricate works, wishing to retain the reliability of the later models but add the styling from the earlier cars.

Throughout the whole back dating process, only genuine parts were used for the fabrication and alternations resulting in this outstanding end result.

Singer Vehicle Design are well known for doing this sort of work and it was on this basis the car was built. It is finished in the dark grey that is exceptionally set off by the tan interior and orange detailing.

The 911 is adorned with so many custom unique features such as the colour coded tacho, gold targa badges, and basket weave pattern seats in tan leather.

With all these fabulous combinations, this has quite easily made a very striking, understated and unique vehicle.

Any independent inspection is welcomed and all cars on sale by Horsepower Hangar are HPi checked and mechanically inspected, so you can buy with confidence from a long established specialist.

The 911 is available to view 7 days a week, but please note that all viewings are strictly by appointment only and we’re located just 30 minutes away from the A1 at Peterborough.
