very rare rust free 1955 Jenson Interceptor 4lt straight six triple carburettors with original buff log book must be the only early Jenson with no rust anywhere on this car only 88 of this model were build between 1950 and 1957 with very few left this model was referred to in a recent well known classic car magazine at the forgotten Jensen and the most unknown and unsung hero of British motoring this car is completely rust free and must be one of the solidest around it was originally a saloon but was converted to a convertible somewhen before I purchased it all the convertible roof frame is with car I was going to have a fibreglass or aluminium detachable roof made to use it as a convertible in summer and hard top saloon in winter but never got around to it these cars are getting to be a very sought after classic for the future and will fetch big money there are very few left and a must for any Jensen collector aluminium body with steel chassis 4lt straight six engine with triple carburettors 4 speed manual gearbox with overdrive will cruse all day at 70/80mph 95% complete and needs very little to finish except paint and trim I have had this car for over 25 years but have two many projects to finish it I restore classic and vintage cars but now have semiretired and have too many projects on its had a complete engine re build with unleaded cylinder head carburettors re build all brakes brake pipes with in line servo radiator steering box dynamo starter motor all professionally re build new wiring loom also old loom with car and dry stored since I have had it all the hard work has being done on this car and is a nice easy project to finish Swap/Px/Modern/Classic/Camper/Project/Possible
