Here we have my Mexican beetle this is a 1998 fuel injected 1600 engine, if you want a cool classic look with the reliability of a modern car then this is perfect, the steel is all original and has never been welded, this has been garaged all its life since it’s been in the uk, it has stacks of history, in my ownership it’s had the sides painted VW candy white and the wheels to match, the original paint code is dusty mauve and it’s known to be 1 of 3 in the uk, the beetle has undergone a full suspension set up by the UKs leading beetle suspension specialist EVA RESTO, it’s had a -4” narrowed front axle that is fully adjustable up and down, running shortened shocks, -2” drop spindles, running 4” wide steels with 135 tyres this causes no rubbing or lock issues, the rear is running -2” drop plates that then are fully adjustable up and down so can be tweaked to suit your driving style, has shortened shocks and running 5.5” rear wheels and 185 tyres again no running issues the way it sits now, interior is standard out the factory and in stunning condition, it has just gone through its mot. No tyre kickers and viewings will only be on dry days as this doesn’t see the rain.
