The previous custodian to this beautiful little classic Rover Mini bought her way back in 2011 and then set about treating her to a full body restoration, all evidenced by way of many photos stored in bookbinder style folder.

With such little usage in the last few years this car still remains in exceptional condition for her age with both the body and paint showing minimal wear/imperfections and definitely nothing at all that distracts from her overall beauty, and a `Beauty` she most definitely is…J

Although rarely used, with a quick turn of the key she started on the button and drove wonderfully well considering she had not been used for a while. There were no funny noises coming from the engine bay and the gearbox and brakes performed as one would expect.

In summary this is a really beautiful car that has minimal imperfections that, if so desired, with a tiny amount of fine detailing could quite easily match those examples retailing @ £12,000+.

With the above in mind, and with what I have seen available on the open market today, this car, in this condition, at this price, should prove an absolute bargain of a buy whilst still proving a very prudent investment choice to boot… ;-)

With like-for-like examples asking £10,000+ you`d be out of your mind not to have a cheeky little bid on this fine example if you`re currently in the market for one of these, or if indeed you’re just looking for a sure-fire investment opportunity.

I am very keen to sell hence I have set a very realistic and easily achievable reserve.

As with all our cars, due to long term storage I would always strongly suggest a good going over/service/tune-up/recommissioning of all vulnerable and moving parts before returning them back to the open roads as they have not normally been used for some time and it would just be darn right silly not to on a modern car let alone a classic of a bygone era.

Although irrelevant with this car due to the fact she has been fully rebuilt and restored since, I must mentioned that way back in approximately 2009 she was subject to a categorised insurance claim. She has barely been off the road since and looks and drives beautifully considering her age. I`m sure the winning bidder will be totally delighted with their purchase.
