Reluctantly selling Tommy, a spectacular, original 1972 VW Campervan (RHD and tax exempt). This van is of showroom quality; we have used this for exhibition events and it has had very light use. These jobs have paid for a lot of work; mechanically, he now has a fully new reconditioned engine done in 2015 but the engine itself has only done aprox 500 miles since then, also had new gear leverages. Functionally he has hand fitted chocolate and cream upholstery throughout, red cherry wood interior. Cosmetically all paint has been stripped back, panels replaced where necessary and new bodywork inside and out. It has a front hinged pop top (slight damage to awning). Tommy also has a tent attached to the edge which pops out. Also inside is a Gas Hob, Sink, no fridge - however there is space for one. He is now at such a standard that upkeep is minimal. To get Tommy to this point has taken an incredible about of work and time. He is now in fantastic condition where he can be enjoyed. Invoices of all work that has been done to this.
