This car has been my own personal vehicle for the past 4 years and as you can no doubt see, looks absolutely stunning in arguably the best colour combination of them all for the Triumph Stag. Some time ago she was fully restored replacing, renewing or refurbishing just about everything on the car. There are receipts and/or photo`s to evidence most of this.
Although receiving occasional remedial work since the full restoration she has stood the test of time very well indeed and still looks today almost identical to the day she left the paint shop. Testament to the work done at the time.
In my ownership I have added various upgrades and improvements, such as the stainless steel bumpers, electronic ignition, wooden steering wheel and lots more but the biggest and most expensive upgrade has been the addition of a very recent Tate & Lewis 4 speed ZF gearbox upgrade.
If you don`t know anything about this upgrade then please just Google for their reviews and you will quickly see just how well they are regarded and as to how much they transform the drive of this car making them a true grand-tourer… This upgrade cost me the best part of £4000 alone as is still under warranty.
I will be selling my car with a full MOT as to satisfy any potential buyer as to the structure of my car. Tax is free. Obviously due to long term storage I would suggest a once over tune-up/service just before taking off to the open roads again, hence a long journey home is entirely at your own discretion as I`ve done no more than a few hundred miles in 3-4 years.
Having seen (and driven) many Stags in my time I would say my car looks as well as nearly all the ones I have recently seen advertised for £20,000+.. I would be totally happy (and proud) parking her at any classic car show or outside any country pub in the summer months. As previous stated, she presents very well.
If you have any doubts whatsoever about my Stag then please feel free to come and view `before` bidding/winning as to satisfy yourself towards any queries or concerns you may have.
I am convinced that anyone buying this car, in and around the price I`m looking for, will be totally happy with their purchase as I know what I am selling her for is a bargain, and far less than what she owes me.
Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have.
Thank you.
Please note:
This is my own personal car and hence she is being sold as a private sale.
I have available to me a comprehensive video of this car that I can make available to any prospective buyer that cannot view in person.
If you wish to secure this car then a non-refundable £500 holding deposit can be placed on the car which will remove the car from sale. Obviously the £500 will be deducted from the agreed sale price on collection/delivery.
Delivery can be arranged via a trusted third party transport company @ £1.75 per mile (one way) from CM21 0LX. Minimum charge £150 + tolls.
